AKENARA YOGA IS
Based on Vinyasa Yoga, experimenting with creative sequences with order and logic which will allow you to recognize and understand how the movement through our postures create a specific form, which takes us toward a more profound understanding of ourselves.
Akenara started practicing yoga in 2007 at Ananda Yoga in the heart of Playa del Carmen, Quintana Roo. He lived in India for more than 2 years and the moment that changed his life during this trip was his stay at Bihar School of Yoga, the Ashram (monastery) where he resided for more than 14 months, developing the lifestyle of a Sannyasin (monk) under the teachings of Paramahansa Swami Niranjananda Saraswati.
Akenara’s purpose through teaching yoga is to transmit a wholesom vision of what this sacred practice means, cultivating trascendance beyond our physical bodies, through a loving, kind and deep discipline.
